Cancellation Policy, terms and conditions, booking for Prestige hotel Tuscany coast
RESERVATION: The reservation is considered concluded and the room reserved, exclusively with the payment of a deposit or with the issue of a payment guarantee, in the forms and methods indicated in the offer. The deposit or guarantee of payment must be received at the hotel at least 14 days before the arrival date or at the time of booking if this is made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. If this does not happen, the reservation will be canceled and the room put back on sale.
DEPOSIT: The value of the deposit, where required, is equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay, rounded to the nearest euro. In case of return for cancellation within the deadline, it will be returned by bank transfer, net of bank charges.
ARRIVAL: the rooms will be available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival
DEPARTURE: the rooms must be vacated no later than 10.30 am on the day of departure
CANCELLATION POLICY - Low season (1st September - 31st May): - Prepaid booking only - Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival - In case of late cancellation or no show we will keep the amount of the first night.
CANCELLATION POLICY - High season (1st June - 31st August): - Reservation exclusively with deposit - Up to 14 days before the arrival date, cancellation is free with full refund of the deposit. - From 14 to 7 days before the arrival date, the cancellation involves the loss of the amount corresponding to the first night and the refund of the difference. - Less than 7 days before the arrival date, the cancellation involves the loss of the deposit. The room will be put on sale again. - In case of no-show on the date set for arrival, and in the absence of communications from the customer, the room will remain available until 10.30 the following day. After this limit, in the absence of communications from the customer, the room will be put back on sale
MODIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION TERMS: It is subject to the availability of rooms in the new period. It must be agreed in advance with the hotel management and, if accepted, the change is free, except for any price differences in the new period.
