Reservation Policy

INSTANT BOOKING
credit card need only for instant booking guarantee.
Noting will be debited at this point; only if booking is cancelled or in case of "no-show" we charge your account according to the following cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- bookings may be cancelled, via fax or e-mail, up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date, with no charges
- if cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date 1 night of accommodation will be charged
- in case of no-show 1 night of accomodation will be charged

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the room will be available from 12,00 am.
Check-out: max 10,30 am.

DATE EXCHANGE
any change must be agreed upon with the reception.
